Performance Expectations: No Guaranteed
The Company shall perform its services with due diligence and care, using industry-standard methods and acting on a best-efforts basis. The Company does not warrant or guarantee any specific findings, timelines, conclusions, or outcomes.
Blockchain transactions are irreversible, and cryptocurrency tracing involves complex and often obscured transaction pathways. The Company does not guarantee the recovery of funds or specific results and has no control over outcomes arising from the implementation of any recommended action plan.
Recovery efforts may be lengthy and are inherently dependent on third parties, including exchanges, as well as applicable legal or law enforcement authorities and processes. For self-help options, clients may refer to the Company's available guides and resources.
Payment Methods and Security Requirements
All service fees are processed in accordance with industry security standards. The Company will not ask clients to make payments through unofficial channels. Recovery service fees are not accepted in any form of cryptocurrency and may be paid only through traditional payment methods that meet applicable compliance requirements.
No Recovery, No Recovery Service Fee
Influere Investigations follows a results-oriented service principle. If no funds are recovered after the investigative process, the Company will not charge a recovery service fee in respect of unrecovered funds.
Service Fee After Successful Recovery
If assets are successfully recovered through investigation, funds tracing, evidence organization, and related assistance, a service fee of 12% will be charged based on the amount actually recovered. The applicable percentage generally depends on the complexity of the case, the investigative resources required, and the recovery outcome.
Data Protection and Privacy
The Company is committed to maintaining high standards of data protection and privacy compliance. It applies internationally recognised data protection principles, including lawful processing, data security, and respect for individual data subject rights, in accordance with applicable privacy laws. Appropriate technical and organisational measures are implemented to safeguard personal data and ensure secure processing.
Collaboration with Third-Party Institutions
In cases involving digital asset investigations and recovery support, the Company may communicate and collaborate with blockchain analytics firms, digital asset trading platforms, stablecoin issuers, and other compliance service providers to assist with funds tracing, asset identification, risk assessment, and related process handling.
All third-party collaboration is conducted based on the specific circumstances of each case and applicable compliance requirements. Outcomes depend on the status of the assets, the flow of funds, platform policies, and the review processes of the relevant institutions.
Cooperation with Authorities and Disclosures
The Company may cooperate with law enforcement agencies and regulatory authorities and may retain, use, or disclose information as required to comply with applicable laws, legal processes, or governmental requests, or to protect its rights, users, or public safety.
The Client acknowledges that law enforcement or regulatory authorities may require independent verification of any reports or findings.
The Client further acknowledges that private entities do not have the authority to reverse blockchain transactions, issue seizure orders, or independently freeze accounts held with financial institutions or cryptocurrency exchanges.
